Delivery & returns

Delivery costs

Standard delivery is $5.95 per order. Delivery is included for product subtotals of $100 or more. The order summary shows the total before submission.

Product handling

Prices are shown per metre. Orders use half-metre increments and are supplied as a continuous cut where stock permits. Test-wash a sample; actual shrinkage depends on laundering. The calculator gives planning allowance, not a guarantee.

Before requesting a return

Contact support@weftmarket.shop with the order reference and item details. Keep packaging and do not return a product without receiving return instructions. Statutory rights are unaffected.

Availability

Delivery eligibility and timing must be confirmed for the destination. Installation or assembly services are not included.
